The brand selects, negotiates and manages the importation of cars exclusively from official European dealerships. The client buys the vehicle from the dealership; Caetano Trust's role covers the search, the negotiation, the document checks and the follow-up until delivery.
Working only with official dealerships is not a detail: it guarantees a verifiable history, certified mileage and a manufacturer's warranty valid across the European Union. Vehicle by vehicle, Caetano Trust checks and documents the conditions of the manufacturer's warranty and the legal conformity warranty applicable to the purchase, and hands the client a file with that information.
The relationships with official dealerships across Europe were built over a decade of the group's work legalising imported vehicles. That network makes it possible to compare offers in several markets, mainly Germany, France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Spain, and to choose the most advantageous origin for each model.
After the purchase, the process continues within the group's ecosystem: transport by Caetano CarGo, legalisation and ISV by Legaliza na Hora, the certificate of conformity by Caetano COC, and financing by LH Finance. The client has a single point of contact from start to finish.
