Caetano Core was created in 2026 to give a name to what the group had been doing internally for years: building its own tools. Legalising more than 10,000 vehicles generated processes, data and routines that no generic software served well. The brand develops the platforms that manage information and track the processes of all the group's brands.
At its core is Legaliza na Hora's process management platform, which follows each vehicle from receipt of documents to registration, with statuses, deadlines, documents and client communication in one place. Around it sit a portal for professional partners, a mobile app with automatic document reading and payment integration by Multibanco, MB WAY and card.
The same base serves Caetano Trust, Caetano CarGo, LH Finance and Caetano COC, which lets the client see the status of a process spanning several brands without repeating information. Data security, separation between development and production environments and backups are fixed rules of development.
Caetano Core does not sell software to third parties at this stage; its purpose is to make the group's brands faster, more predictable and more transparent for those who use them. Technology partnerships with dealerships, carriers and lenders are assessed case by case.
