Praia da Pedra do Ouro, between Nazaré and São Pedro de Moel, is one of the best-preserved stretches of the Leiria district coast: pine forest, cliffs and a wide sandy beach still outside the main tourist circuits. This is where Caetano Group is developing Caetano Ouro Villa, a set of holiday rental villas designed for quality holiday stays.
The original concept was a hotel; municipal planning rules led to its adaptation into a set of ten independent villas, each with a pool, private garden and generous outdoor space. The aesthetic is inspired by Comporta: natural materials, wood, sand tones, low architecture integrated into the pine forest.
The project is aimed at families and groups looking for a quiet alternative to the Algarve, less than two hours from Lisbon and Porto, with Nazaré, São Pedro de Moel, Leiria, Alcobaça and Batalha a short distance away. It will operate as licensed holiday accommodation (alojamento local) with professional management.
